GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $158,000.
Network Funding LP filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jishanna Hutchison, aka Jishanna M. Hutchison.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $158,313.87 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
