GRETNA – A credit union is seeking over $20,000 in sums due.

Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union FKA Jefferson Financial Credit Union filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kareem P. Marshall.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $20,866.99 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph Mounton II of D'Aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
