Ally Financial seeks more than $23,000 on open account

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $23,000 in sums due.

Ally Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Shirley A. Henderson.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance of $23,395.04 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
