GRETNA –– Two Jefferson Parish residents face a lawsuit over alleged missed car payments.
Ally Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Glen A. Chauvin and Nicolle C Alphonso.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $11,019.61 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
