University of New Orleans seeks over $2,400

GRETNA – A university is seeking more than $2,400 from a student.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Oct. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Carla Antoinette Allen.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,494.00 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
