GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $4,200.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Pier P. Conedera.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,208.68 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
