Member Alan Brackett will be speaking at the 5th annual Emerging Trends in Workers’ Compensation 2019 Conference planned for January 10th, 2019. His topic is “Up to Date with DBA Case Law & Current Trends.” The conference features speakers who are the foremost innovators in Workers’ Compensation – Domestic and Defense Base Act (DBA), Risk Management, Labor Law, Wearable Technology, Telemedicine, Electrodiagnostic Functional Assessment (EFA), and Health & Wellness.
Alan is a member of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett’s Defense Base Act (DBA) defense team. Last year, along with member Patrick Babin, he also spoke at an Advance Consulting Defense Base Act Seminar on cost containment in the field of federal workers’ compensation.
