GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,900.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Maria Oster.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance of $3,917.63 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
