GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $67,000.
Bayview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Robert A. Adams, aka Robert Allan Adams.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $67,947.43 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
