NEW ORLEANS – A supply company is seeking more than $23,000 in sums due.
SiteOne Landscape Supply filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Garden Doctors LLC, Nathaniel Scales.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $23,297.04 plus interest, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph Fick Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Melvin Zeno.
