GRETNA – A collection agency is seeking damages of more than $1,300.
Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sherwanda Johnson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $1,341.81 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
