GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking more than $27,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Karen Sinnett.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $27,410.31 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Larry Bankston of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
