GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $430,000.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jessica Coates-Hudson DVM, Chad Hudson, Pets R Our World Inc., and Property of a Lady LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $439,124.62 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Russ Molina of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
