GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $73,000.
Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Carlos Ardon and Karen Ardon, aka Karen Contreras Ardon.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage. The defendant allegedly owes $73,849.39 plus interest.
