GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for more than $5,200.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Anika Hubert.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $5,206.64 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
