GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $116,000.
Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kevin Paul Guillot. According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $116,937.03 plus interest on a mortgage.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
