GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $77,000 in sums due.
Bayview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alice Taylor Womack, aka Alice Taylor Terrell Crawford Womack.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $77,076.67 plus interest alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due a mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
