GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $700.
Louisiana Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Megan L. Johnson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $725.35 plus interest of 25 percent.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph Mouton II of D'aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
