GRETNA – A father is seeking damages for a car accident.
Kerry Palmer, individually and on behalf of his minor child, filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Cox Communications Inc. and Cox Communications LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Nov. 6, 2017 when the plaintiff's car was struck by the defendant, resulting in severe injuries to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ian Taylor of Lewis, Kullman, Sterbeow & Abramson LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
