GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ryan J. Larson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,759.94 plus interest.
