Barclays Bank seeks more than $7,000 in sums due

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due for more than $7,000.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lauran Latham.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sum due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $7,084.36 in sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper Griffin.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789323.
