Barclays Bank claims it is owed over $2,500

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,500 in sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Debbie Chisholm.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,529.45 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789302.
