Cavalry SPV I seeks over $25,000 on unpaid credit card

GRETNA – A collection agency is seeking more than $25,000 in sums due on a credit card.

Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Citibank, filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Frank Williams Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $25,275.77 plus interest. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off his Citi card and the plaintiff has made amicable demands regarding the payment prior to filing suit against the defendant.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a credit card.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789296.
