American Express files court action seeking over $50,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $50,000 in sums due.

American Express National Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tyler Kerrigan, aka Tyler M. Kerrigan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $50,114.58 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
