GRETNA – Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Vashon Andrews.
The plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $988 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed for attending.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
