GRETNA – Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lariza Orellana, alleging the defendant owes money.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $3,108.24 plus interest.
The allegations are that the defendant failed to pay off a balance with Synchrony Bank through Walmart. Despite amicable demand, the plaintiff has not received the payments demanded.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason B. Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
