Barclays Bank Delaware sues for past due balance

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against George Gus Rhodes.

The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,980.73 plus interest. The defendant has allegedly accumulated the balance on a credit card. 

The plaintiffs claim that they have made amicable demand but that the defendant has still remained negligent to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
