Wells Fargo sues for more than $110,000 on a mortgage

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Robert W. Leslie and Alexis Guidry Leslie.

The plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a mortgage. The suit states that the defendant has failed to keep up with payments on a property. 

Despite the fact that the plaintiff has made amicable demands, they have been to no avail, according to the lawsuit. The defendant remains negligent for $110,352.88 plus an interest of 4% per year until paid.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
