Bank of America alleges it is owed more than $15,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $15,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Patrick J. Fitzmorris.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account, alleging the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance owed to the plaintiff, which equals $15,888.03 plus interest. The plaintiff has allegedly sought amicable demand but to no avail as the defendant still remains negligent for the balance owed to the plaintiff plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789643.
