Riverlake New Orleans Properties is seeking over $820,000

NEW ORLEANS – A property company is seeking over $820,000.

Riverlake New Orleans Properties LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Roland Von Kurnatowski Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due, despite amicable demands from the plaintiff. The defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the balance of $829,097.42 plus interest on the balance accrued.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Loretta Mince of Fishman Haygood LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson
