Bank of America files lawsuit seeking over $5,700

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking over $5,700.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brian Lister.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $5,743.64 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789018.
