GRETNA – A network company is seeking more than $25,000 in sums due.
Opti-Com Manufacturing Network LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Deep Fiber Solutions Inc.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $25,586.25 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christine Cousin of The Cousin Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
