Cavalry SPV I files lawsuit seeking over $2,700 in sums due

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking over $2,700 in sums due.

Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Marie Schultheis.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has remained negligent in an open account that is owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is currently seeking payment in the balance of $2,766.15 plus interest. Additionally, the plaintiff has sought amicable demand as of October 15, 2018 but the defendant has failed to pay.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
