GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $116,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kevin Paul Guillot, aka Kevin P. Guillot or Kevin Guillot.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay of a balance that is owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $116,937.03 plus interest from the defendant and has not received payment despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Emily Holley of Shapiro & Daigrepont LLC in Metairie.
