NEW ORLEANS – An asset management company is seeking over $5,200 in sums due.

Crown Asset Management LLC, as assignee of Comenity Capital Bank, filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Donalee Kolva.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $5,218.70 plus interest and claims that despite amicable demand, the payment is still due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin Giarrusso.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-11804.
