Capital One claims it is owed more than $5,300

GRETNA –Capital One is seeking more than $5,300 in sums due, claiming a customer has been negligent.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ola B. Qutob.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. Despite the plaintiff's amicable demand, the defendant still remains negligent for the balance owed which is $5,382.25 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790443.
