GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $24,000 in sums due.
Capital One filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles Forrest.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. Despite amicable demand, the defendant remains negligent for the balance owed. The plaintiff is currently seeking payment for $24,650.58 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.
