Capital One seeks over $28,000 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $28,000 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against John B. Ohle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is currently seeking damages for the amount of $28,810.22 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
