GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $11,000 in sums due on an open account.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sean K. Morris.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance for $11,564.48 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges it has made amicable demands to the defendant, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
