Collections agency seeks over $32,000 on unpaid Citibank account

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking more than $32,000 from a customer.

Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Citibank, filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Cole T. Coffer.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $32,325.75 plus interest on an open account. According to the suit, the plaintiff has made amicable demand, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-12271.
