GRETNA – A medical company is seeking more than $1,200 in sums due from a patient.
Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ligia Carmona.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $1,264. According to the plaintiff, the defendant has failed to pay the aforementioned amount for medical services rendered.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.
