Eastbank Medical Rehab is seeking over $2,700 for services rendered

GRETNA – A medical rehab company is seeking over $2,700 on a breach of contract.

Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brandon Allain.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract. The suit states the plaintiff issued medical services for the defendant but the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for those services. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $2,758 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
