Nairn Concrete Services claims it is owed more than $8,500

GRETNA – A concrete service company is seeking over $8,500 in sums due.

Nairn Concrete Services Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Hawkmoon Construction Services LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking $8,597.40 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Timothy Thriffiley of Pivach, Pivach, Hufft, Thirffiley & Dunbar in Belle Chasse.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
