Fidelity Bank seeks more than $772,000 on trio of loans

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for more than $772,000 from a group of individuals.

Fidelity Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Justin Boswell, Gregory Ensslen, Raymond Martin, Vincent Iacono and Christopher Mowfatt.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off several balances due in the amounts of $46,078, $529,356 and $197,376 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mark Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790659.
