GRETNA – Discover Bank alleges it is owed more than $18,000 in sums due.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles D. Mayeux.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off a balance of $18,261.29 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has sought amicable demand from the defendant but to no avail.
