Bank of America files lawsuit seeking over $9,800

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $9,800 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kye LeBlanc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $9,685 plus interest. The defendant allegedly has received amicable demand from the plaintiff but to no avail as he remains negligent and owing for the balance listed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791004.
