Bank of America seeks more than $14,000 on an open account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $14,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Jan. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Robert R. Creel Sr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in the balance of $14,772 on a credit card and, despite alleged amicable demand from the plaintiff, he has failed to pay the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
