GRETNA – Capital One alleges it is owed more than $8,200 on an open account.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Odeh Nassar.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant was negligent in paying off a balance of $8,246 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has made amicable demand, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
