Funding company claims Iberia Marine Services owes more than $192,000

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking over $192,000 in sums due.

SBN V FNBC LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Iberia Marine Service LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $192,657 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has sought amicable demand, but the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Waguespack of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Arfaux LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
