Barclays Bank seeks more than $10,000 on open account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $10,000 in sums due on an open account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michelle Ceraso.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit claims the defendant was negligent in paying a balance of $10,928.56 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie,
